Terms and Conditions — MailDash
Version 1.3 · Effective from 31-10-2026
The Clear version is the binding text. The formal and human versions carry the same clause numbers and are there to be understood, not to be argued from.
1. Operator
MailDash is a service operated by We make AI work s.r.o., IČO 29697115, registered office Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, file no. C 152497 (the “Operator”, “we”). Contact: support@maildash.eu · https://maildash.eu
“MailDash” is a product name (obchodní označení) of the Operator; all contracts under these Terms are concluded with We make AI work s.r.o.
2. Scope
These Terms govern the use of MailDash at maildash.eu and its related applications. By using the website, paying for a pre-order or signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
3. The service
3.1 The Operator offers the service as a subscription for periods of twelve (12) months, concluded by way of pre-order. The first period commences on the date on which the customer’s account is made available (the “Opening Date”) and not on the date of the first payment. The Operator notifies the customer of the Opening Date by electronic mail.
3.2 The service comprises access to the electronic mailboxes connected by the customer, authenticated by a credential supplied by the customer; the collection of their messages into a single inbox with one folder per address; the sorting of routine messages by explicit rules; and the reading, searching and deletion of the Operator’s copy of those messages.
3.2a The Operator accesses connected mailboxes in read-only mode. It does not mark as read, move, send or delete any message at the source; deletion within the service affects the Operator’s copy only. The service does not send electronic mail on the customer’s behalf.
3.3 Plans: “Solo” at EUR 40 per period of twelve months (up to 5 mailboxes, 25 GB); “Team” at EUR 120 per period of twelve months (up to 15 mailboxes, 100 GB, priority support); “Business” at EUR 360 per period of twelve months (up to 50 mailboxes, 500 GB, priority support). The price paid applies to the whole of the period for which it was paid irrespective of later price changes.
3.4 Accounts are made available by invitation in the order of payment; the customer authenticates by a single-use link sent by electronic mail.
3.5 The contract renews automatically for further periods of twelve months, and the Operator collects the price of each further period through Mollie from the means of payment used for the first payment. No later than 30 days before each renewal the Operator notifies the customer by electronic mail of the renewal date and the amount. The customer may terminate the contract at any time in the account or by notice to support@maildash.eu, with effect from the end of the current period; no further payment is then collected. A renewal payment is refunded in full upon the customer’s request made within 14 days of its collection. Messages at the customer’s own mailboxes remain unaffected.
3.6 Prior to the Opening Date the customer may at any time, without stating reasons, request a full refund by notice to support@maildash.eu; the Operator refunds within fourteen days by the means of payment used. Should the Operator terminate the service during a paid period, it refunds the unused whole months.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros on this website and again on the payment page before you pay. The pre-order is the first payment, processed by Mollie (Mollie B.V., the Netherlands, a licensed EU payment institution) on its own payment page. With it you allow Mollie to charge the same payment method once a year for the renewal (§3); that permission ends when you cancel. We never see or store your card or bank details. One promo code can be used per pre-order; it reduces the first payment only, and the reduced price is shown before you pay. The Operator is not VAT-registered; prices shown are final.
Reversed payments. If you have your bank or card issuer take back a payment you owed us (a chargeback) without a valid reason, our payment provider Mollie charges us a fee for it, and we charge that fee on to you. We do not state an amount here because we do not set it: Mollie does, and it can change. You never pay more than Mollie actually charged us, and we tell you the exact amount when we ask for it. Your access pauses until what you owed and the fee are paid. You pay nothing extra when the reversal was justified: a payment you did not make, a service we did not deliver, or our mistake. A renewal that simply fails costs you nothing extra, and a refund we give you is never charged.
5. Digital content and your EU withdrawal right
You may withdraw from a pre-order within 14 days of paying, without giving a reason (§ 1829 of the Czech Civil Code / Art. 9 Directive 2011/83/EU). A short message to support@maildash.eu is enough; you may also use the model withdrawal form in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU. We refund the full amount within 14 days of your message, to the payment method you used. We never ask you to give up this right — and until your account opens, §3 gives you a full refund at any time anyway.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload, scrape or resell it, no circumvention of access or payment controls. Automated submissions to the pre-order form are not welcome and are discarded.
7. Liability
The site is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or for interruptions outside our control; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Czech law, including towards consumers (§ 2898 Civil Code).
8. Personal data
Processing is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: a pre-order is your e-mail address, your plan, the payment and the permission for the yearly renewal, which Mollie handles; an account adds the mailboxes you connect and the mail collected from them, sealed under your own key.
9. Changes to these Terms
We update these Terms when the service, pricing, processors or the law change. The current version, its number and effective date are always at https://maildash.eu/terms/. Material changes are announced before they take effect.
10. Governing law, disputes, ADR
Czech law governs. Courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence (Art. 6 Rome I). Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), adr.coi.cz, or the EU ODR platform ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
