Terms and Conditions — MailDash
Version 1.3 · Effective from 31-10-2026
The Clear version is the binding text. The formal and human versions carry the same clause numbers and are there to be understood, not to be argued from.
1. Operator
MailDash is a service operated by We make AI work s.r.o., IČO 29697115, registered office Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, file no. C 152497 (the “Operator”, “we”). Contact: support@maildash.eu · https://maildash.eu
“MailDash” is a product name (obchodní označení) of the Operator; all contracts under these Terms are concluded with We make AI work s.r.o.
2. Scope
These Terms govern the use of MailDash at maildash.eu and its related applications. By using the website, paying for a pre-order or signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
3. The service
MailDash is a yearly subscription that starts with a pre-order. You pay now for your first 12 months. Those 12 months start on the day your account opens, not on the day you pay, and we write to you on that day.
What you buy: MailDash signs in to the mailboxes you connect, with an app password you give it, and collects their mail into one inbox with a folder per address. It sorts routine mail (verification codes, newsletters, notifications) by explicit rules you can read, and you can read, search and delete our copy of your mail.
Read-only at the source. Nothing at your provider is ever marked read, moved or deleted, and deleting a message here deletes our copy only. MailDash does not send mail.
Plans. Solo: €40 a year, up to 5 mailboxes and 25 GB. Team: €120 a year, up to 15 mailboxes and 100 GB, and priority support. Business: €360 a year, up to 50 mailboxes and 500 GB, and priority support. The price you pay is your price for that year, whatever the price is later.
When your account opens. Accounts are opened by invitation, in the order pre-orders were paid; you sign in with a single-use link we mail you.
It renews every year — and we tell you first. At the end of each year your plan renews for another 12 months and Mollie charges the payment method you paid with. At least 30 days before each renewal we mail you the date and the amount. You can cancel at any time in your account, or by writing to support@maildash.eu: nothing more is charged, and the service ends with the year you already paid for — the mail in your own mailboxes was never touched. If you missed the notice, write to us within 14 days of a renewal charge and we refund it in full.
Refunds. Until your account opens you may ask for your money back at any time, for any reason, by writing to support@maildash.eu: you get the full amount back within 14 days, to the payment method you used. If we ever end the service during a paid period, we refund the unused whole months.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros on this website and again on the payment page before you pay. The pre-order is the first payment, processed by Mollie (Mollie B.V., the Netherlands, a licensed EU payment institution) on its own payment page. With it you allow Mollie to charge the same payment method once a year for the renewal (§3); that permission ends when you cancel. We never see or store your card or bank details. One promo code can be used per pre-order; it reduces the first payment only, and the reduced price is shown before you pay. The Operator is not VAT-registered; prices shown are final.
Reversed payments. If you have your bank or card issuer take back a payment you owed us (a chargeback) without a valid reason, our payment provider Mollie charges us a fee for it, and we charge that fee on to you. We do not state an amount here because we do not set it: Mollie does, and it can change. You never pay more than Mollie actually charged us, and we tell you the exact amount when we ask for it. Your access pauses until what you owed and the fee are paid. You pay nothing extra when the reversal was justified: a payment you did not make, a service we did not deliver, or our mistake. A renewal that simply fails costs you nothing extra, and a refund we give you is never charged.
5. Digital content and your EU withdrawal right
You may withdraw from a pre-order within 14 days of paying, without giving a reason (§ 1829 of the Czech Civil Code / Art. 9 Directive 2011/83/EU). A short message to support@maildash.eu is enough; you may also use the model withdrawal form in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU. We refund the full amount within 14 days of your message, to the payment method you used. We never ask you to give up this right — and until your account opens, §3 gives you a full refund at any time anyway.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload, scrape or resell it, no circumvention of access or payment controls. Automated submissions to the pre-order form are not welcome and are discarded.
7. Liability
The site is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or for interruptions outside our control; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Czech law, including towards consumers (§ 2898 Civil Code).
8. Personal data
Processing is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: a pre-order is your e-mail address, your plan, the payment and the permission for the yearly renewal, which Mollie handles; an account adds the mailboxes you connect and the mail collected from them, sealed under your own key.
9. Changes to these Terms
We update these Terms when the service, pricing, processors or the law change. The current version, its number and effective date are always at https://maildash.eu/terms/. Material changes are announced before they take effect.
10. Governing law, disputes, ADR
Czech law governs. Courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence (Art. 6 Rome I). Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), adr.coi.cz, or the EU ODR platform ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
